Internet or network activity, collected automatically. When you request a page, our hosting provider records the IP address, the date and time, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring URL and the browser user agent. An IP address is personal information under California law.
Identifiers and communication content, only if you contact us. If you write or call, we process what you send us — typically a name, an e-mail address or phone number, and the content of your message.
We collect no other categories. This site has no forms, no accounts and no payments.
To deliver and secure this website, and to answer what you ask us. Nothing else. We do not use personal information for advertising or profiling.
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no analytics, no advertising technology and no third-party content — no external fonts, maps, videos or scripts. No third party collects personal information about your activity across sites through this site.
Do Not Track. Because this site performs no tracking of any kind, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to disable. We therefore do not respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. This disclosure is made under California Business and Professions Code § 22575(b)(5)–(7).
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107. Cloudflare receives the network information described in section 2 as our service provider, solely to operate and secure the site, under the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
We disclose personal information to no one else. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Whether a given state privacy statute applies to us depends on thresholds set by each statute. Rather than make you work that out, we will honour the following requests from any visitor, wherever you live:

California. This policy is provided under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, which applies to commercial website operators regardless of size. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, so no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is presented.
Texas. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act turns on the U.S. Small Business Administration definition rather than a revenue or data-volume threshold. We are a small business under that definition. We process no sensitive data and sell none, so the consent requirement that applies to small businesses selling sensitive data does not arise.
Delaware. We are below the applicability thresholds of the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act. The rights in section 6 are offered regardless.
Europe. Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom should read the German or Dutch version of this site, which sets out the GDPR basis for the same processing and names the competent supervisory authority.
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and diagnostics. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to answer it and to meet any record-keeping obligation.
